Returns & Refunds
We offer a 15-day refund policy starting from the purchase date for unused products. To be eligible, products must be in their original condition and packaging. Refund requests can be made by emailing Operations@thecameojournal.com. We reserve the right to deny refunds for ineligible items.

The Cameo Journal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our products or services.
